At Maysha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer the following refund and return policy:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges: You may request an exchange for a different size or product of equal value. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Sale Items: Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales are non-refundable unless defective.
